Looking for a multi-tasking, multi-faceted and creative person who can wear many hats within the world of Business Development/Marketing for a Roseville-based Architecture firm working in several market types, nationally and internationally. Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications with a minimum 6 years experience, preferably in the AEC field. Role will include: work with Market Leaders to develop and execute business development strategies, create and execute public relations strategy, proposal and interview preparation with Market Leaders, brand management, manage CRM database (Deltek), organize business development related events and activities, represent firm at events and activities, participation in professional and community organizations. Experience developing and implementing a Social Media marketing plan a big plus.
This person should have demonstrated supervisory ability, ability to develop and manage marketing strategies and budgets, able to work on a team to meet company goals, highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and InDesign. Must be extremely organized and able to organize others. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a requirement. Prior experience in herding cats should be highlighted.

Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for upkeep of all marketing collateral, resumes, project descriptions, files, SOQs, proposals and presentations. This person will collaborate with proposal coordinators and train/mentor junior and support staff. Senior Proposal Coordinator will work with colleagues to develop high quality proposals under aggressive time frames, from the development/review process to final production. Candidate must be detailed oriented and have the ability to work under pressure.
Coordinate/prepare multiple proposals (RFQs, RFPs, and SF330s.) Review, edit and organize written documentation to improve clarity. QC and proofread for grammar and RFP conformance. Prepare presentation and other marketing/business development/materials. Senior Proposal Coordinator will report to Marketing Manager. Position requires interaction with marketing staff, engineers, architects, scientists, program and construction managers. Effective time-management and written communication skills, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment.
Candidate will manage federal, state/local, and private industry proposals, including design-build; prepare and develop win strategies for proposals and SOQs; develop and produce client presentations; rehearse presentation teams; manage proposal process including meeting all deadlines; document preparation, editing, production scheduling, work with graphics staff to design covers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
